Square One Interiors are based in Hinckley, Leicestershire and offer nationwide B2B contract services to the retail food and hospitality industry.
With varying business demands throughout the year your resource levels can be stretched. We have the personnel to provide resource in the right place at the right time. We can handle full interior fit-out projects where our team can organise the design, manufacture, installation and overall management of a project. Resource can be provided to assist with from a single installation, equipment repair, a small or large scale roll out programme to full interior fit-out schemes.
We have worked with, restaurants, bars, cafés, coffee shops, farm shops, butchers, delicatessen, garden centres, convenience stores and forecourts. We will ensure that all of your requirements are taken care of to the highest possible standards. We have a wealth of experience delivering a quality service whatever the size of the project.
We are members of BSI and adhere to all British Standards applicable to both our manufacturing and installation processes.
We can take your project from initial consultation through design and project management, installation to handover. We provide strategic, conceptual, schematic, interior and product design presented as part of a detailed design package.
Our independent design service allows us to understand your needs and bring your vision to life. We have the ability to develop a number of ideas to help deliver a design which will be functional in its use. We use the latest materials and finishes to provide a look which will be practical and provide the image you require. Create your vision with the look and feel of your choice using our knowledge of materials to create an image that suits your own style and introduces some of the latest design trends in the marketplace. All types of equipment, furniture and ancillary items can be supplied which can add the finishing touch to any environment.
Display and Equipment
We manufacture and source new displays, equipment, fixed and freestanding furniture to enhance your offer and can carry out any size of refurbishment to make the most of your space, change the colour, the finishes and overall look and feel. All types of equipment and displays can be introduced to suit the designed scheme. Planned work can be carried out quickly and easily and resource provided to deliver the scheme in the required timeframe. Any* piece of equipment can be repaired or refurbished to extend the life or to simply refresh the look and feel using some truly creative materials.

We have access to a number of manufacturing facilities including our own specialist workshop team which enables you to take control of the design for your project. Our workshop can be utilised to supplement your own manufacturing facility to help ease pressure bottlenecks. All of our products are manufactured in the UK and assembled in our own Midlands based workshop.
Equipment and displays can be fabricated using acrylic, timber, and metal accompanied with electrical components. We can supply bespoke joinery, metalwork and solid surface and other specialist materials.
All types of equipment can be delivered, assembled, and set up for immediate use in a new or existing location. Equipment can be relocated between sites using our collection and delivery teams. Our highly experienced and skilled teams of engineers, plumbers, refrigeration engineers, electricians and solid surface fabricators allow us to work with commercial kitchens, bars, retail shelving , refrigerated cabinets, solid surface, and POS counters.
Our interior fit out contracting teams will take instruction, plan and deliver interior schemes of any size to change your environment. All necessary trades are available to carry out the work. Small refurbishments which can take a few days to a few weeks to complete can be undertaken and completed on time and within budget.
Our project team can organise and monitor all aspects of your scheme through to completion. From the design stage, order placement, management of trades, including joinery, decoration, electrical, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation and refrigeration. Individual installations, equipment deliveries, suppliers and full local or nationwide roll out programmes can all be co-ordinated to deliver the project in budget and on time.
We can carry out design visits, detailed surveys including electrical assessments and provide CAD support to record findings.
Our electrical, refrigeration and plumbing engineers can repair and maintain equipment across a wide variety of businesses and are experienced working with and commissioning all types of equipment and displays carrying out diagnostics and effective repair. Our teams will advise if there is a need for replacement or if the repair is uneconomical. Reactive and planned preventative services can be provided as well as full on site equipment assessments.
